Building the Trex 600n tail gearbox assembly

This article starts at the point where the metal gearbox housing has been fitted to the boom.

Fit the tail output shaft through the right hand side tail gearbox plate and attach it to the tail gearbox.

Next, fit the left hand side plate to the tail gearbox and then fit the tail pitch slider lever.

Make sure that once the tail pitch slider lever is fitted and tightened down, that it still moves totally freely on it's pivot.

Next, fit the tail pitch slider along with the hub and blade grips assembly. Ensure the tail pitch slider ball is fitted into the hole in the tail pitch slider lever. Also, line up the grub screw hole in the tail rotor hub with the flat spot on the tail output shaft.

The only thing missing here, now, is the carbon fin.
